free thank you photo shoot

Ok so.. we spend money on our wedding and engagements and then usually don't get pictures taken again till the first kid rolls around or so. I totally understand the "poor college student" part of life and know pictures don't always fall to the top of the list. But the first few years together are ones you will remember forever and are ones worth documenting.

So to say thank you to my amazing clients for letting me capture their engagement, I thought I would try something kind of fun. I have picked ten images from past engagement shoots. The person who gets the most "likes" or blog comments on their picture gets a complimentary photo shoot on me.

All you have to do is like both my facebook page and the picture you are voting for. You can vote a second time by following my blog and leaving a comment on this blog post with the number you are voting for in your comment. If you don't do both things for each vote, your votes won't count.

The voting will end on Saturday the 24th at midnight.
Feel free to vote for your favorite photo even if you don't know these people personally. They are all crazy amazing people. I can promise you that. :)

new york goodness

hanging out in new york city all week was pretty rad.
i may never be able to walk again but it was all worth it. and i am now officially the master of the subway system. it only took hours and hours of being lost to get there. i only almost got ran over twice and ate my weight  in hot dogs, pizza and serendipity frozen hot chocolate. i successfully made it to new jersey and back by myself without dying or being stranded in the ghetto. i got to see chuck close and andy warhol's art work to my hearts content and managed to look with my eyes and not my hands. all in all i say it was a pretty successful slash enjoyable slash totally awesome and incredible trip.
happy day.
